The Barns of Roxbury 2008 Calendar on Sale!!

The Roxbury Historic District Commission, along with the Town of Roxbury, has
published a calendar to celebrate its rich heritage of local barns.  The 2008 Barns
of Roxbury calendar is available for sale at Town Hall, Minor Memorial Library and
Maple Bank Farm.  The cost is $1 (that's right) each and will be available while
supplies last.  For information, please call the Selectmen's Office at 860-354-9938.

The Historic District Commission is working to promote public awareness of the
threat that exists to our barns.  The Commission is preparing an inventory of the
barns of Roxbury and are looking to collect personal stories about the barns
for a book to be published in the future.

Meetings/Public Hearings
The Historic District Commission meets on the 3rd Wednesday of the month at
7:30 p.m. in the lower level meeting room in Town Hall.
