TOWN CONVERSATION ON AGING
The Town Council on Aging would like to invite all Roxbury residents to participate in a Town Conversation on Aging, which will be held on May 2nd from 10:00am-12:00 noon at Roxbury Town Hall. According to recently posted 2010 Federal census data, people aged 55 and older make up 39% of the Town’s population. As a result, Roxbury’s Municipal Agent Jerrilynn Tiso feels it is most important for all to review the current status of aging services, identify priority needs and gaps, and develop key action steps for the next several years. Representatives from local agencies providing services for seniors will be joining our Conversation and will be available for questions. Refreshments will be served.
