Mission Statement

Roxbury is involved in many collaborations that serve the needs of the community during a crisis. Bernie Meehan serves as the Emergency Management Director and is closely supported by First Selectman Barbara Henry. Roxbury belongs to the Newtown Health District, where Director Donna Culbert is also the Deputy Emergency Management Director of Newtown.  The Newtown Health District offers a wealth of knowledge to benefit the community.
